NCAA Concussion Settlement Evaluations
If you played an NCAA-sanctioned sport before July 15, 2016, you may be eligible to receive up to two free neuropsychological evaluations through the NCAA Concussion Settlement Medical Monitoring Program. These evaluations are designed to identify potential cognitive, mood, or neurological changes associated with sports-related head trauma. You may qualify even if you were never formally diagnosed with a concussion.
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify, you must:
Have played an NCAA sport at a member school before July 15, 2016
Not have opted out of the settlement
Not be currently enrolled as a student-athlete at an NCAA school

You do not need to have experienced a diagnosed concussion to qualify.
What’s Covered?
Eligible participants can receive:
Up to two no-cost medical evaluations (“Medical Monitoring”)
A comprehensive assessment of memory, attention, processing speed, mood, behavior, and motor function
Access to follow-up care if certain conditions are met
How to Register
Participation in the Medical Monitoring Program is completely voluntary. If you are an eligible Settlement Class Member and want to participate, you may register here.
Registered Settlement Class Members may complete the screening questionnaire, which will be used to determine eligibility for an in-person Medical Evaluation, here.
A Program Administrator will notify you if you qualify and will also explain how to arrange for a Medical Evaluation.
